Who we are (legal notice)

These terms apply to orders of the Chronovolt app for iPhone placed on chronovolt.app.

What you are buying

One Chronovolt license, delivered as an activation code by email. The price shown on the page is in euros, VAT included, and is charged once at checkout. There is no subscription.

Your license unlocks the complete Chronovolt app on one iPhone, including its tutorial, and gives access to the video tutorial on chronovolt.app.

Chronovolt requires iPhones running iOS 26.6 or later, both yours and your spectator’s. Please check compatibility before ordering.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. We use the email address you give at checkout to send your activation code and information about your order.

Delivery

Your activation code is emailed right after payment, usually within a minute.

Download Chronovolt free from the App Store, then enter your email address and activation code in the app to unlock it. One code activates one device. If your code has not arrived, check your spam folder, then contact us.

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel your order for a full refund at any time before your activation code is sent, without giving a reason.

At checkout, you expressly agree that your right of withdrawal ends once your activation code is sent (article L221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code). Because the code is sent right after payment, Chronovolt then counts as delivered and no refund is offered, except where the law requires it. A refunded order’s code stops working.

Using Chronovolt

Once installed, the app’s use is governed by Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement, together with these terms. Your license covers personal use, including live performances.

TV, streaming and other broadcast rights are not included. Contact contact@chronovolt.app for any broadcast use.

Your rights

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer, including the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content.

Disputes and applicable law

These terms are governed by French law. If something goes wrong, contact us first and we will do our best to resolve it amicably. You may also refer the matter to a consumer mediator or to the competent courts.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force on the date of your order applies to that order.
